教育目標 Course Target

本課程目標為教導大學部學生如何以智慧聯網(AIoT)技術管理食品供應鏈,並訓練學生具備食品科學、智慧聯網(AIoT)與人工智慧跨領域知識,及工業元宇宙3D模擬分析技能,培養學生成為可解決跨領域應用的食品供應鏈管理專才。The goal of this course is to teach university students how to manage the food supply chain with intelligent Internet of Things (AIoT) technology, and to train students with cross-field knowledge of food science, intelligent Internet of Things (AIoT) and artificial intelligence, as well as 3D simulation analysis skills of the industrial metaverse, and to cultivate Students become food supply chain management professionals who can solve cross-domain applications.
