在工業4.0、物聯網、大數據與機器學習等新興科技發達的現代,智慧化已成為產業的趨勢。而政府亦推動「智慧農業 4.0 」計畫,定位為「智慧生產」及「數位服務」,從人、資源及產業三方面進行優化。有鑑於此,本課程擬由食品整鏈各階段實務智慧化與自動化相關應用演講的方式,以案例帶領學生理解現今智慧化科技於食品供應鏈各階段的應用。透過業師演講及相關實務案例介紹,旨在使食科系同學理解AI可能在食品領域的創新與應用。本課程之課程互動與討論希望刺激學生思考以利期末學生提出智慧化技術於食品的可能的應用案例報告分享。課程的宗旨在於使學生理解基礎的科技應用,並培育學生成為AI世代中,食品產業智慧創新的溝通與鏈結橋樑,提升學生整體就業競爭力。In the modern era where emerging technologies such as Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, big data and machine learning are developed, intelligence has become an industry trend. The government has also promoted the "Smart Agriculture 4.0" plan, positioning it as "smart production" and "digital services" to optimize from the three aspects of people, resources and industry. In view of this, this course is planned to use cases to lead students to understand the application of today's smart technology in each stage of the food supply chain by giving lectures on practical intelligence and automation-related applications at each stage of the food supply chain. Through lectures by industry experts and relevant practical case introductions, the aim is to enable food science students to understand the possible innovations and applications of AI in the food field. The course interaction and discussion in this course hope to stimulate students' thinking so that at the end of the semester students can share case reports on possible applications of smart technology in food. The purpose of the course is to enable students to understand basic technological applications, and to train students to become communication and linking bridges for smart innovation in the food industry in the AI generation, thereby enhancing students' overall employment competitiveness.
本課程擬由食品整鏈各階段實務智慧化應用演講的方式,以案例帶領學生理解現今智慧化科技於食品供應鏈各階段的應用。授課方式擬採用案例討論的方式進行,採一週業師演講,一週講解實務案例,旨在使食科系同學理解AI可能的食品領域創新與應用。課程的宗旨在使學生理解基礎的科技應用,並培育學生成為AI世代中,食品產業智慧創新的溝通與鏈結橋樑,提升學生整體就業價值。
This course is planned to provide lectures on practical smart applications at each stage of the entire food chain, and use cases to lead students to understand the application of today's smart technology in each stage of the food supply chain. The teaching method is planned to be case discussion, with one week of lectures by industry experts and one week of explanations of practical cases, aiming to enable students in the Department of Food Science to understand the possible innovations and applications of AI in the food field. The purpose of the course is to enable students to understand basic technological applications, and to cultivate students to become communication and linking bridges for smart innovation in the food industry in the AI generation, thereby enhancing students' overall employment value.
