本課程主要在於提供修課同學對於政治學基本概念之理解，期使同學們能對政治學研究的範圍與主題有初步的認識。整體課程內容亦將參據世界各國家發展與經驗，且以我國的經驗與相關文獻等進行跨國式的參照。課程中將會透過教學、對話、思辨、參訪等途徑，鼓勵學生觀察政治事務，培養獨立思考的能力。期使修課的同學們除能了解政治學理論的知識，並能具備分析政治現象的能力，以及對我國當前之政治發展有所認知。This course mainly focuses on providing students with an understanding of the basic concepts of political science in the course, so that students can have a preliminary understanding of the scope and theme of political science research. The overall course content will also refer to the development and experience of countries around the world, and will be based on our experience and related documents for cross-border references. During the course, students will be encouraged to observe political affairs and cultivate the ability to think independently through teaching, dialogue, thinking, and visits. This will allow students in the course to understand the knowledge of political theory, and to have the ability to analyze political phenomena, as well as to have some understanding of the current political development in our country.
本課程試圖幫助學習者深入瞭解政治事務。一方面回顧長期累積的重要概念；另一方面試圖說明這些概念和21世紀初期真實世界間的關聯性，並試圖從實證角度闡明政治結構和運作過程。其中包括個人政治信念和作為，以及團體和國家的變化情形。
This course test picture helps learners gain insight into political affairs. On the one hand, we will review the important concepts of long-term accumulation; on the other hand, we will explain the correlation between these concepts and the real world in the early 21st century, and try to clarify the political structure and operation process from a practical perspective. This includes personal political beliefs and roles, as well as changes in groups and countries.
