透過授課、報告及討論方式引導同學認識及熟悉公司治理的相關議題，及法規或實務上的發展現況。相關主題包含了代理問題、道德危險、逆選擇、薪酬、董事會及股利政策或財務結構如何影響企業行為等區塊；藉由學術論文及時事增進同學們對於企業或經理人行為動機的了解，並進而判斷企業的治理品質。Through teaching, reporting and discussion, we guide students' understanding and familiarity with relevant issues of corporate governance, as well as legal or practical development.
