教育目標 Course Target
本課程主要以家族憲章為經，公司法及證交法為緯，讓學生學習如何制訂家族 憲章、家族辦公室。This course is mainly based on family mortem laws, company laws and certificate laws, allowing students to learn how to prepare family mortem laws and family offices.
