財務管理是企業財務決策的一門學科，企業追求價值極大化時會涉及投資決策、融資決策、與營運資金管理。
本課程將介紹財務學最基本的觀念:貨幣的時間價值，並且應用這個基本觀念評價公司的融資工具(債券 & 股票)與投資決策，培養學生應用財務會計至企業決策的能力。Financial management is a discipline of corporate financial decision-making. When a company pursues value maximization, it involves investment decisions, financing decisions, and working capital management.
This course will introduce the most basic concept of finance: the time value of money, and apply this basic concept to evaluate the company's financing tools (bonds & stocks) and investment decisions, and cultivate students' ability to apply financial accounting to corporate decision-making.
