1242 - 作業管理 Operations Management


教育目標 Course Target

本課程主要分為三個部分:作業策略、作業設計與作業控制。上半部主要介紹策略、設計與排程、預測、廠房選擇、平衡計分卡與系統動態等議題。第三部份,將介紹存貨管理、生產規畫、排程、物料需求規畫、總體規劃等議題。本課程將使用教科書並搭配案例研討以增加學生對實務方面的瞭解。 本課程主要將實際問題,概念化成數學運算模式與系統動態模型,透過電腦求出最佳解、模擬並提供管理者建議。本課程也包含期中、期末報告,期中報告主要結合作業策略、作業設計與作業控制三大理念,配合系統動態學讓同學透過結構化方式,思考實務問題的因果關係與配合作業策略和設計提出解決之道。期末報告則是配合過去管科學到的知識,更深入探討存貨管理、排程、整體規劃,結合LP模型的實務應用。 This course is mainly divided into three parts: operation strategy, operation design and operation control. The first half mainly introduces strategies, design and scheduling, prediction, factory selection, balanced scorecards and system dynamics. The third part will introduce inventory management, production regulations, scheduling, material requirements regulations, and overall planning. This course will use textbooks and case study to increase students' understanding of practice. This course mainly conceptualizes actual problems into mathematical computing modes and system dynamic models, finds the best solutions and simulations through the computer and provides manager suggestions. This course also includes mid-term and final reports. The mid-term reports mainly combine three major concepts: cooperation strategy, operation design and operation control. In conjunction with the dynamics of the system, students can think through structural methods and propose solutions to the causal relationships of practical problems and the coordination strategies and designs of cooperation problems through structural methods. The final report is to combine the knowledge learned from past management science, and to explore more in-depth inventory management, scheduling, and overall planning, and combine the practical application of the LP model.

在二十一世紀知識經濟的時代中,產業及時轉型、電子化的導入與技術創新已經成為生存的關鍵,廉價資源已不可能做為國家競爭力來源,在全球競爭的環境中,企業為求生存及發展,必須運用正確的管理及操作方式滿足顧客之需求,並結合資訊系統以創造競爭優勢。 教學目的: 時代快速變遷,產業迅速的轉型,都是為了適應日益競爭的環境,因此導入資訊化的管理技術是必然的,都是為了提昇企業的競爭力。本課程主要教導使用正確的管理方式,滿足社會大眾之需求,結合資訊的技術,以提昇企業的競爭優勢。
In the 21st century intellectual economy era, the introduction of industry and timely transformation, electronicization and technological innovation have become keys to survival.
