本課程主要分為三個部分:作業策略、作業設計與作業控制。上半部主要介紹策略、設計與排程、預測、廠房選擇、平衡計分卡與系統動態等議題。第三部份,將介紹存貨管理、生產規畫、排程、物料需求規畫、總體規劃等議題。本課程將使用教科書並搭配案例研討以增加學生對實務方面的瞭解。
本課程主要將實際問題,概念化成數學運算模式與系統動態模型,透過電腦求出最佳解、模擬並提供管理者建議。本課程也包含期中、期末報告,期中報告主要結合作業策略、作業設計與作業控制三大理念,配合系統動態學讓同學透過結構化方式,思考實務問題的因果關係與配合作業策略和設計提出解決之道。期末報告則是配合過去管科學到的知識,更深入探討存貨管理、排程、整體規劃,結合LP模型的實務應用。
This course is mainly divided into three parts: operation strategy, operation design and operation control.
