(1)對電子學有基本的認識
(2)瞭解三種基本元件:P-N二極體、BJT電晶體的元件原理、MOS電晶體元件
(3)上述元件之電路模型及設計與分析
(4)BJT放大器電路原理與操作
(5)MOS電晶體元件
(1) Have a basic understanding of electronics
(2) Understand the three basic components: P-N diodes, BJT transistor component principles, and MOS transistor components
(3)Circuit model, design and analysis of the above components
(4)BJT amplifier circuit principle and operation
(5)MOS transistor components
課程概述 Course Description
介紹半導體工作原理及基本電子元件如二極體、BJT、MOSFET等的特性及應用,以及單級放大器的入門介紹。
Introduces the working principle of semiconductors and the characteristics and applications of basic electronic components such as diodes, BJTs, MOSFETs, etc., as well as an introductory introduction to single-stage amplifiers.
