教育目標 Course Target

(1)熟悉三種基本元件:P-N二極體、BJT電晶體的元件原理、MOS電晶體元件 (2)熟悉上述元件之電路模型及設計與分析 (1) Familiar with three basic components: P-N diodes, BJT transistor component principles, MOS transistor components (2) Be familiar with the circuit model, design and analysis of the above components
