Preparatory course for legal practice
教育目標 Course Target
本課程目標為培養修課學生對於法律實務工作之產業及組織之基本概念，透過參訪、實際訪談交流的安排，引導修課學生了解法律實務/實習的現狀，並指導修課學生對於法律產業及服務內容之生涯規劃，藉由參訪後檢討與說明，建立修課學生對於法律實習工作之基礎概念，並理解社會對於法律實習工作之需求面，反饋思考其應培養之法律專業能力。
The purpose of this course is to cultivate the basic concepts of the education and organization of the course work of the course. Through the arrangements of visits and actual interviews, we will guide the course students to understand the current situation of legal practice/in practice, and guide the course students to the law through the arrangements of visits and actual interviews and exchanges, and to guide the course students to the law Career planning for industry and service content, through post-access review and explanation, establish the basic concepts of students in the course of law practice, and understand the social needs of the society, and reflect on the legal professional abilities they should cultivate.
