Preparatory Course for Legal
教育目標 Course Target
本課程目標為培養修課學生對於法律實務工作之產業及組織之基本概念，透過參訪、實際訪談交流的安排，引導修課學生了解法律實務/實習的現狀，並指導修課學生對於法律產業及服務內容之生涯規劃，藉由參訪後檢討與說明，建立修課學生對於法律實習工作之基礎概念，並理解社會對於法律實習工作之需求面，反饋思考其應培養之法律專業能力。
The goal of this course is to cultivate students' basic concepts of the industry and organization of legal practice. Through visits and actual interviews and exchanges, it will guide students to understand the current situation of legal practice/internship, and guide students to understand the legal practice. Career planning of industry and service content, through review and explanation after visits, establishes the students' basic concepts of legal internship work, understands the society's demand for legal internship work, and gives feedback on the legal professional abilities that they should cultivate.
