本課程為培養營建業專案管理專業技術，幫助學生從學習國際標準的營建專案管理知識體系（PMBOK Construction Extension）領域中的相關專案管理知識與技術之基礎，再導入專案起始、計劃、執行、控制、結束等五大程序於軟體工具與方法之運用中。
學習溝通、互動、個案研析及營建專案管理應用之實務，以增進完整之專案管理知識吸收與執行專案能力，建立未來規劃、管理中大型工程專案的潛力。
