本課程為培養營建業專案管理專業技術，幫助學生從學習國際標準的營建專案管理知識體系（PMBOK Construction Extension）領域中的相關專案管理知識與技術之基礎，再導入專案起始、計劃、執行、控制、結束等五大程序於軟體工具與方法之運用中。
學習溝通、互動、個案研析及營建專案管理應用之實務，以增進完整之專案管理知識吸收與執行專案能力，建立未來規劃、管理中大型工程專案的潛力。
This course is to cultivate professional technology for project management in construction, help students learn the foundation of related project management knowledge and technology from the international standard PMBOK Construction Extension field, and then introduce project start, planning, execution, Five major programs such as control and ending are used in the use of software tools and methods.
Learn the practical activities of communication, interaction, case analysis and construction project management application to enhance the complete project management knowledge absorption and execution capabilities, and establish the potential for future planning and management of medium and large-scale engineering projects.
