課程目標:
This course highlights the importance and role of system (including hardware and software) product management. It also provides an overview of the specialization, as well as its goals, structure, and expectations. The course explains the value of process, requirements, planning, and monitoring in producing better system. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
(1) Relate system product management to better system products. Interacting with a realistic client for the professional career, students will discern what they want and express what they truly need in system requirements to drive system production.
(2) Recognize the role of a system product manager. In other words, students will practice and apply management techniques to realistic scenarios that they will face as a System Product Manager.
(3) Be prepared to advance future career as a confident system product management professional. And also students will have the opportunity to share their experiences and learn from the insights of others as part of a System Product Management.
