內泌素係指體內腺體器官所產生，且可影響其他細胞活動的化學物質。小量的內泌素便可調控動物生理，亦為動物體生命維持所必需。內泌素藉由血液運輸到體內指定位置，與特定受體結合後打開了信號通路，最終使細胞做出特異反應，產生頻繁的交互作用。本課程主要探討內泌素作用與動物生理，舉凡內泌素合成與細胞功能，內泌素受體調節，內泌素與代謝調控等。透過授課內容的教授與互動討論，能讓學生瞭解內泌素調控動物生理之分子機制。

Endocannabinoids are chemicals produced by glandular organs in the body and can affect the activities of other cells. A small amount of endocannabinoids can regulate animal physiology and is also necessary for animal life maintenance. Endocannabinoids are transported to designated locations in the body through the blood, and after binding to specific receptors, they open signaling pathways, ultimately causing cells to make specific responses and produce frequent interactions. This course mainly discusses the role of endocrine and animal physiology, including endocrine synthesis and cell function, endocrine receptor regulation, endocrine and metabolic regulation, etc. Through teaching content and interactive discussions, students can understand the molecular mechanism of endocrine regulation of animal physiology.
