6713 - 動物科學研究法 Methodology of Animal Science


教育目標 Course Target

推出動物科學研究法課程之目標,除力求本系碩士班學生擁有更寬廣完整之視野,洞悉畜產與生物科技領域研究發展之方向及範疇外,更力謀賦予學生充分具備能力從事動物科學相關試驗研究。為謀達成前述目標,乃為本系碩士班學生設計一學年之動物科學研究法課程,包括上學期之動物科學研究法 (一),與下學期之動物科學研究法 (二)。前者之授課內容包括:1. 基本試驗設計及生物統計重要概念;2. 畜產品加工之基本研究法;3. 純化核酸、蛋白質、脂肪、醣類、礦物質及其他物質等生物分子之基本方法與原理; 與 4. 撰寫與發表科學論文之技巧及應注意事項。後者之授課內容包括:1. 動物營養學研究法; 2. 微生物學及免疫學研究法;3. 分子生物學研究法; 與4. 動物生理學研究法等;冀能藉以激發學生之研發潛能,從而產出兼具學術參考與實際應用價值之科學研究論文。1.分子生物技術基本原理。 2.重組DNA技術。 3.基因表現之操控。 4.基因表現之檢測。 5.微生物分類與鑑定,無菌環境之建立。 6.畜產微生物檢測、分離與應用。 7.先天免疫與適應性免疫、融合瘤技術之理論與應用。 8.流式細胞儀之技術理論與應用。 9.期中考試/期中報告;範圍涵蓋:第1週 ∼ 第8週之授課內容 10.動物營養學在畜牧生產上所扮演的角色及其未來發展方向。 11.營養分需要量手冊之使用及飼料配方之設計及計算。 12.測定營養分需要量之基本方法及原理。 13.測定營養分消化率及生物可利用率之基本方法及原理。 14.動物內分泌學研究技術(1) 15.動物內分泌學研究技術(2) 16.動物生殖科技研究法(1) 17.動物生殖科技研究法(2) 18.期末考試/期末報告;範圍涵蓋:第10週 ∼ 第17週之授課內容。The goal of launching the animal science research law course is not only to provide students in the master's program of this department with a broader and more complete vision and to understand the direction and scope of research and development in the field of livestock and biotechnology, but also to provide students with the full ability to engage in animal science-related experiments. Research. In order to achieve the aforementioned goals, a one-year course on animal science research methods is designed for the master's students in this department, including animal science research methods (I) in the first semester and animal science research methods (II) in the next semester. The teaching content of the former includes: 1. Basic experimental design and important concepts of biostatistics; 2. Basic research methods for livestock product processing; 3. Basic methods for purifying biomolecules such as nucleic acids, proteins, fats, sugars, minerals and other substances. and principles; and 4. Tips and precautions for writing and publishing scientific papers. The teaching content of the latter includes: 1. Animal nutrition research methods; 2. Microbiology and immunology research methods; 3. Molecular biology research methods; and 4. Animal physiology research methods, etc., in the hope of stimulating students' research and development potential. , thereby producing scientific research papers with both academic reference and practical application value. 1. Basic principles of molecular biotechnology. 2. Recombinant DNA technology. 3. Control of gene expression. 4. Detection of gene expression. 5. Classification and identification of microorganisms and establishment of sterile environment. 6. Detection, isolation and application of livestock microorganisms. 7. The theory and application of innate immunity and adaptive immunity, and fusion tumor technology. 8. Technical theory and application of flow cytometry. 9. Midterm exam/midterm report; scope covers: teaching content from week 1 to week 8 10. The role of animal nutrition in livestock production and its future development direction. 11. Use of nutrient requirement manual and design and calculation of feed formula. 12. Basic methods and principles for determining nutrient requirements. 13. Basic methods and principles for measuring nutrient digestibility and bioavailability. 14.Animal endocrinology research technology(1) 15.Animal endocrinology research technology(2) 16.Animal Reproductive Technology Research Act(1) 17. Animal Reproductive Technology Research Act (2) 18. Final exam/final report; scope covers: teaching content from week 10 to week 17.
