教育目標 Course Target
Making public policy is the core activities of nations. It is also the center subject of contemporary courses of both Politics and Public Administration. The main objectives of this course are to provide learners the following knowledge:
1. The definitions and concepts of public policy;
2. The theories the underlying the policy making activities in nations;
3. Activities and parties involved in the making of public policies;
4. The analysis of policy making, including planning, legitimization, implementation, evaluation, and termination;
5. The relationship between public policy and politics;
6. Policy actors and government institutions.
