3D建模/數位媒材表現法及應⽤的課程提供學⽣不論在設計和施⼯中⾮常重要的圖⾯技 巧。這堂課學⽣將會透過從⼿繪場景建⽴、3D建模、彩現、2D圖⾯表現法及出版等實際 操作了解其中概念和⽅法。Courses in 3D modeling/digital media representation and application provide students with graphic skills that are very important in both design and construction. In this class, students will understand the concepts and methods through practical operations ranging from hand-drawn scene creation, 3D modeling, color rendering, 2D graphic representation and publishing.
本課程主要著重在學習與探索數位媒材在建築設計上的各種表現技巧與原則,透過3D應用軟體(SketchUp, Rhinoceros)及其他數位工具(Photoshop, Illustrator)的混合運用練習,以及系統性地引介當代建築師如何運用數位表現法的設計案例,讓修課同學熟悉基本數位技法和溝通原則來整體呈現建築設計概念、過程以及結果,修課學生須先具備AutoCAD 2D繪圖的基本能力;另外,課程最後也試圖引介當今建築專業領域中,電腦輔助設計與製造(CAD/CAM)如參數式設計(Parametric Design)、數位構築方法(Digital Fabrication Process)與運算式設計(Algorithmic Design)等的新發展趨勢,如何影響新建築形式的探索與實踐。
This course mainly focuses on learning and exploring various expression techniques and principles of digital media in architectural design, through mixed application exercises of 3D application software (SketchUp, Rhinoceros) and other digital tools (Photoshop, Illustrator), and systematic introduction Design cases of how contemporary architects use digital representation will familiarize course students with basic digital techniques and communication principles to present architectural design concepts, processes and results as a whole. Students taking this course must first have AutoCAD skills The basic ability of 2D drawing; in addition, the course also attempts to introduce computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) such as parametric design, digital fabrication process and computational design in today's architectural professional field. How do new development trends such as (Algorithmic Design) affect the exploration and practice of new architectural forms.
