老年人口的急遽增加，臺灣已正式進入高齡社會，長者照護成為不可忽視的重要議題。透過課堂基本原理內容講述及實際應用案例來達到三項主要教學目標。
1.認識老化與疾病的相關性，使學生瞭解老化相關之研究發展情形以及抗老化之醫療服務內容。
2.造成老年各種疾病及預防保健的瞭解，使學生增進健康檢查相關檢驗技術的知識。
3.透過養生策略，使學生能有正確之概念，正向面對老化造成之各種病症，推動健康老化、來追求健康人生。
With the rapid increase in the elderly population, Taiwan has officially entered an aging society, and care for the elderly has become an important issue that cannot be ignored. Three main teaching objectives are achieved through the presentation of basic classroom principles and practical application cases.
1. Understand the correlation between aging and diseases, so that students can understand the research and development situation related to aging and the content of anti-aging medical services.
2. To provide students with an understanding of various diseases and preventive health care in the elderly, so that students can enhance their knowledge of health examination-related examination techniques.
3. Through health strategies, students can have a correct concept, face various diseases caused by aging, promote healthy aging, and pursue a healthy life.
