老年人口的急遽增加，臺灣已正式進入高齡社會，長者照護成為不可忽視的重要議題。透過課堂基本原理內容講述及實際應用案例來達到三項主要教學目標。
1.認識老化與疾病的相關性，使學生瞭解老化相關之研究發展情形以及抗老化之醫療服務內容。
2.造成老年各種疾病及預防保健的瞭解，使學生增進健康檢查相關檢驗技術的知識。
3.透過養生策略，使學生能有正確之概念，正向面對老化造成之各種病症，推動健康老化、來追求健康人生。
With the rapid increase in the elderly population, Taiwan has officially entered a high-end society, and the care of seniors has become an important topic that cannot be ignored. Through the basic principles of the classroom, we have reached three main teaching objectives.
1. Understand the correlation between aging and disease, so that students can understand the research and development situations related to aging and the content of anti-aging medical services.
2. Cause various diseases and prevention and health care in the elderly, and improve students' knowledge on health examination related inspection techniques.
3. Through the cultivation strategy, students can have correct concepts and face various diseases caused by aging, and promote healthy aging and pursue a healthy life.
