課程概述 Course Description

企業橋接實習主要將前三年所學之餐旅專業知識,應用於餐旅職場,以培養學生在工作上之能力,將理論與實務相結合,培養正確職場倫理觀念,學生並於橋接期間紀錄工作內容,撰寫心得報告,並取得企業主管評估。在完成橋接實習課程後,期許學生能繼續成為此間企業之專業人才,已達成此課程橋接之目的。

The corporate bridging internship mainly applies the catering and tourism professional knowledge learned in the first three years to the catering and hospitality workplace to cultivate students' work abilities, combine theory with practice, and cultivate correct workplace ethics. During the bridging period, students record work content, write experience reports, and obtain evaluations from corporate supervisors. After completing the bridging internship course, students are expected to continue to become professionals in the companies here, and the purpose of this bridging course has been achieved.
