企業橋接實習主要將前三年所學之餐旅專業知識，應用於餐旅職場，以培養學生在工作上之能力，將理論與實務相結合，培養正確職場倫理觀念，學生並於橋接期間紀錄工作內容，撰寫心得報告，並取得企業主管評估。在完成橋接實習課程後，期許學生能繼續成為此間企業之專業人才，已達成此課程橋接之目的。
