企業橋接實習主要將前三年所學之餐旅專業知識,應用於餐旅職場,以培養學生在工作上之能力,將理論與實務相結合,培養正確職場倫理觀念,學生並於橋接期間紀錄工作內容,撰寫心得報告,並取得企業主管評估。在完成橋接實習課程後,期許學生能繼續成為此間企業之專業人才,已達成此課程橋接之目的。
Enterprise Bridge practice mainly applies the professional knowledge of meal tourism learned in the first three years to the catering and tourism field to cultivate students' work abilities, combine theory with practice, and cultivate correct professional ethics concepts. Students also record during the bridge period. Work content, write an experience report, and get an evaluation from the company supervisor. After completing the bridge course, students are expected to continue to become professional talents in this company, and have achieved the purpose of this course bridge.
