本課程透過保健食品研發與行銷知識的教授,了解保健食品相關技術、原料、研究開發等基礎知識,加上產品製作流程企劃及討論,再配合產品研發設計概念及通路模式探討,實地模擬產品開發流程並分組提出產品企劃。本課程實施後預計可使學生實際了解保健食品研究與開發的基礎與實務,對於未來進入社會後之工作將有極大的助益。This course uses professors of health food research and development and marketing knowledge to understand basic knowledge of health food related technologies, raw materials, research and development, and to combine product production process planning and discussion, and to conduct research and development design concepts and path mode exploration to simulate product development in a practical way The process and group to propose product plans.
