教育目標 Course Target

本課程透過保健食品研發與行銷知識的教授,了解保健食品相關技術、原料、研究開發等基礎知識,加上產品製作流程企劃及討論,再配合產品研發設計概念及通路模式探討,實地模擬產品開發流程並分組提出產品企劃。本課程實施後預計可使學生實際了解保健食品研究與開發的基礎與實務,對於未來進入社會後之工作將有極大的助益。Through the teaching of health food R&D and marketing knowledge, this course provides basic knowledge about health food related technologies, raw materials, research and development, etc., plus product production process planning and discussion, and then cooperates with the discussion of product R&D design concepts and channel models to simulate product development on the spot. Process and group to propose product planning. After the implementation of this course, it is expected that students will actually understand the basics and practices of health food research and development, which will be of great help to their future work after entering the society.
