教育目標 Course Target

提升學生們對食科專業日文相關詞彙的認識與應用,以增進專業課程日文類參考書籍與文獻的閱讀能力。使學生能將食品相關的詞彙有系統的背誦,並透過日文期刊論的朗讀與競賽活動等強化其學習成效,亦奠定食品相關資訊蒐尋、分析運用及口語表達的能力。Improve students' understanding and application of Japanese-related lyrics in professional food science to improve their reading ability in Japanese reference books and literature in professional courses. Enable students to systematically memorize food-related lyrics, and enhance their learning results through reading and competition activities in Japanese journals, and also establish the ability to support food-related information, analyze usage and oral expression.


課程概述 Course Description

提升學生們對食科專業英文相關詞彙的認識與應用,以增進專業課程英文類參考書籍與文獻的閱讀能力。
Improve students' understanding and application of English-related lyrics in food science to improve their reading ability of English reference books and literature in professional courses.
