經由認識反芻動物基礎生理，並於課程中學習各類營養於反芻動物之生理代謝及利用，結合實務案例，訓練學生於此課程中得到可於現場操作之應用能力。
By cognizing the physiology of anti-animals, and learning the physiological accreditation and utilization of various nutrients in anti-animals in the course, combining practical cases, trainees can obtain application capabilities that can be operated on the spot in this course.
