使同學了解動物營養學的基本原理,包括碳水化合物、蛋白質、脂質、維生素、礦物質及水分在動物體內的消化、吸收及利用。動物對各種營養分的需要量、各種飼料原料的特性及利用電腦軟體設計並計算不同動物的平衡飼料。

Let students understand the basic principles of animal nutrition, including the digestion, absorption and utilization of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, vitamins, minerals and water in animals. The animal needs for various nutrients, the characteristics of various feedstock raw materials, and the use of computer software to design and calculate the balanced feed of different animals.
