本學期課程主要目標在於培養學生進行個案工作專業的全觀視角,並且培養專業理論知能、專業敏感度與增進會談技巧,透過小組報告、示範與演練,學習個案工作系統觀思維及每一階段的主要會談技巧。本學期的課程設計包括:個案工作重點理論及會談技巧、社會工作者與案主間的專業關係探討、社會工作者與督導的合作、個案紀錄撰寫、社會工作者的自我探索與專業發展等。The main goal of this semester's course is to cultivate students' comprehensive perspective on case work, and to cultivate professional theoretical knowledge, professional sensitivity and improve negotiation skills. Through group reports, demonstrations and exercises, students can learn case work system thinking and each stage of the case work. Key interview skills. The course design for this semester includes: case work focus theory and interview skills, discussion of the professional relationship between social workers and clients, cooperation between social workers and supervisors, case record writing, social workers' self-exploration and professional development, etc.
