期使公共行政系學生具有憲政民主的理論與實務基礎。本課程分成兩部分。第一部分是關於一般性憲法理論，即憲政主義的解說。其中包括人民主權與法律主治之內涵。第二部分是就中華民國憲法條文，依照章依序節講述我國憲法的結構，人民權利的保障，以及政府的組織。本課程於講解當中將扣緊與行政上的政治、管裡、法制元素，以凸顯憲法為國家根本大法之本質。In order to enable students in the Department of Public Administration to have a theoretical and practical foundation of political democracy. This course is divided into two parts. The first part is about the general legal theory, that is, the interpretation of political theory. This includes the connotation of the rule of law. The second part is to describe the structure of our law, the protection of people's rights, and the organization of the government in accordance with the chapters and orders of the law. In the explanation, this course will tighten the political, regulatory and legal elements in administrative terms, and highlight the fact that the law is the essence of the country's fundamental law.
