「中華民國憲法與政府」是政治系重要的課程之一，本課程的目標在於介紹主要的憲政理論與重要的概念，首先說明憲法的性質與內容梗概，繼而依中華民國憲法的架構逐一探討憲法相關議題與涉及的憲法理論概念。期許同學在經過ㄧ學年的修習，奠定良好的基礎之後，能夠順利進階至政治學各相關的領域中。講授以憲法條文為綱本，先以現代憲法理論基礎做介紹，說明立憲主義，接續依照憲法架構分別說明我國憲政架構及其背後涉及的相關政治學原理，憲法理論概念，而後針對條文據以解釋，並說明憲法自行憲以後迄今的歷次修憲及思維變化。"The Law of the Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of China" is one of the important courses in the political department.
