本課程之教學目標,希冀啟迪學生對法治國家「依法行政」之理論與實踐之理解,以建立對此一專業學科之興趣與認同、培養解決行政上實務與法律問題的能力、以及奠定公務員考試的基礎知識。The teaching objectives of this course hope to promote students' understanding of the theory and practice of "administrative according to law" in a country ruled by law, so as to establish interest and recognition of this professional subject, cultivate the ability to solve administrative practical and legal problems, and lay the foundation for the civil servant exam basic knowledge.
