本課程是10901基因操作概論(深碗型課程) 的延續性課程,同樣將以小腦脊髓運動失調症的三型疾病基因(ataxin-3)的表達系統,作為貫穿課程操作原理及實驗的模板,將遺傳工程課程內容的三大主題設計成實作單元(如圖),進階的遺傳工程的三大單元,以團體導向學習結合過去的研究經驗實例討論,配合動手實作及分析,期使大學部高年級學生了解如何以遺傳工程技術學來探討一個特定生物科學的問題。內容包含基因選殖基本及進階應用方法,真核細胞中的基因表達,各類真核細胞表達載體,動物細胞轉染,西方點墨法,定點突變法,基因靶向 (gene targeting),轉殖小鼠基因型確認,遺傳工程在醫學及疾病治療的應用等。本課程將以實驗原理配合實驗實作,以過去研究成果演示及討論,來顯示遺傳工程技術學的重要實作觀念。期望能灌輸學生基本觀念,並加強實作設計經驗。This course is a 10901 gene operation overview (deep bowl type course) The continuous course of the same way, the expression system of the three types of disease gene (ataxin-3) of spinal cord movement disorders is designed as a template for the operating principles and experiments of the course, and the three major themes of the content of the engineering course are designed into a practical unit (such as ) The three major units of advanced transmission engineering are used to combine group-oriented learning with past research experience example discussions, and combined with manual practice and analysis, so that senior students in the university department can understand how to explore a specific biological science problem with transmission engineering technology.
