1.使修習學生能了解法理學的主要問題、重要理論、基本概念及分析方法。
2.引導學生能運用所學習之概念、理論與方法於相關法學問題之思考。
3. 在具有法理學思考之背景下對實證法做更深刻之思考。
4.就國內外出現許多嚴重爭議的法律問題(如安樂死、複製人、同性婚姻...)，作出法理學的思維與回應。
1. Enable students to understand the main problems, important theories, basic concepts and analytical methods of legal science.
2. Instruct students to use the concepts, theories and methods they have learned to think about related legal learning problems.
3. Make deeper thinking about the practical method in the context of legal thinking.
4. Make legal thinking and responses to many serious legal issues that have occurred at home and abroad (such as Anle death, copying, same-sex marriage...).
