教育目標 Course Target
本學期法理學課程，擬藉由比較民法的代表性案例，嘗試從各國多元的民法規範體系中，呈現共通的民法基本原理，並且在此過程中探討各個不同時代法學家如何追求「正義」的理念。
The legal theory course in this period uses representative cases of civil law to compare representative cases of civil law, and in this process, we try to present common basic principles of civil law from the diverse civil law systems of various countries, and explore how jurists from different eras pursue the concept of "righteousness".
