教育目標 Course Target

■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives) 本課程主要分為兩大部分,一方面是教授食品生技領域、禽畜養殖領域、安全檢測診斷領域等生技產業之應用與產業發展概況,另一方面是請專家講授其創業經驗及應注意的地方,提供學員從中學習創業階段可能遇到的各種困難。 本課程搭配教育部之生技產業創新創業人才培育計畫,透過跨領域(技術團隊+管理團隊)的媒合組隊,透過課堂講授、團隊課後討論、專家顧問指導、企業參訪,並安排業師及領域專家針對其團隊商業計畫書加強輔導。 這兩年課程結束後,已經成立了五家公司,成果相當豐碩。 本課程開在研究所,也歡迎大學部有意願的同學選修。 任課老師於當週發放授課大綱。 ■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents) 1.透過環境與市場分析、專題演講與企業參訪尋找可開發之商機 2.了解技術、財務與人才規劃與管理 3.透過編組,進行創新與創業實務演練 (本課程需搭配暑假進行的課程與創業團隊實際運作,請先與助理聯絡)■ Course Objectives This course is mainly divided into two parts. On the one hand, it teaches the application and industry development overview of biotechnology industries such as the food biotechnology field, the poultry and livestock breeding field, and the safety testing and diagnosis field. On the other hand, it is necessary to ask experts to teach their entrepreneurial experience and compliance. Where to pay attention, provide various difficulties that students may encounter during the initial stage of learning. This course is paired with the Ministry of Education’s biotechnology innovation and entrepreneurial talent cultivation plan. Through cross-regional (technology team + management team), through classroom lectures, team discussions, expert consulting and corporate visits, and Arrange the stakeholders and field experts to strengthen their team business plan. After the two-year course, five companies have been established, with considerable results. This course is open in the institute, and students who are interested in college are welcome to choose from. The teacher Ren gave a lecture tour that week. ■ Course Contents 1. Find business units that can be developed through environment and market analysis, topic lectures and enterprise visits 2. Understand technology, finance, and talent planning and management 3. Through the organization, conduct innovative and creative practice (This course needs to be combined with the courses conducted during the summer vacation and the entrepreneurial team to work in actual operation.
