6777 - 新農業創業實務 Entrepreneurship Practice Of New Agriculture


教育目標 Course Target

■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives) 本課程主要分為兩大部分,一方面是教授食品生技領域、禽畜養殖領域、安全檢測診斷領域等生技產業之應用與產業發展概況,另一方面是請專家講授其創業經驗及應注意的地方,提供學員從中學習創業階段可能遇到的各種困難。 本課程搭配教育部之生技產業創新創業人才培育計畫,透過跨領域(技術團隊+管理團隊)的媒合組隊,透過課堂講授、團隊課後討論、專家顧問指導、企業參訪,並安排業師及領域專家針對其團隊商業計畫書加強輔導。 這兩年課程結束後,已經成立了五家公司,成果相當豐碩。 本課程開在研究所,也歡迎大學部有意願的同學選修。 任課老師於當週發放授課大綱。 ■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents) 1.透過環境與市場分析、專題演講與企業參訪尋找可開發之商機 2.了解技術、財務與人才規劃與管理 3.透過編組,進行創新與創業實務演練 (本課程需搭配暑假進行的課程與創業團隊實際運作,請先與助理聯絡)■Course Objectives This course is mainly divided into two parts. On the one hand, it teaches the application and industrial development overview of biotechnology industries such as food biotechnology, livestock breeding, and safety testing and diagnosis. On the other hand, it invites experts to teach their entrepreneurial experiences and applications. Pay attention to the places where students can learn from various difficulties they may encounter in the entrepreneurial stage. This course is in conjunction with the Ministry of Education’s Biotechnology Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Cultivation Program, through cross-field (technical team + management team) matching teams, classroom lectures, team after-class discussions, expert consultant guidance, corporate visits, and Arrange industry consultants and field experts to provide enhanced guidance on their team’s business plan. After the two-year course, five companies have been established, and the results are quite fruitful. This course is offered in graduate schools, and interested students from university departments are also welcome to take it as an elective. The teacher will distribute the course syllabus that week. ■ Course Contents 1. Find exploitable business opportunities through environmental and market analysis, special speeches and corporate visits 2. Understand technology, finance and talent planning and management 3. Conduct practical exercises on innovation and entrepreneurship through grouping (This course needs to be combined with the summer courses and the actual operation of the entrepreneurial team, please contact the assistant first)
