食品科學與其他生物相關領域之研究中,諸如毒性與功能分析,感染之檢測等,細胞操作皆為重要環節。本課程預計提供學生基礎之操作技巧與正確的觀念,提供其在學與未來研究以及相關工作之所需。由細胞實驗準備工作與無菌觀念開始,逐步實習培養基配製、動物細胞冷凍解凍與繼代培養、顯微鏡觀察與數位記錄,進而進行基因轉殖及後續之分析,包含螢光顯微鏡分析、流式細胞分析、西方轉漬、免疫螢光分析、染色體分析與細胞組織染色等,期能提供完整動物細胞操作之學習。In research in food science and other biologically related fields, such as toxicity and functional analysis, infection detection, etc., cell manipulation is an important step. This course is expected to provide students with basic operational skills and correct concepts to meet their needs for study, future research and related work. Starting from the preparation of cell experiments and the concept of asepsis, we will gradually practice medium preparation, freezing, thawing and subculture of animal cells, microscopic observation and digital recording, and then proceed to gene transfer and subsequent analysis, including fluorescence microscopy analysis and flow cytometry analysis. , Western blotting, immunofluorescence analysis, chromosome analysis and cell tissue staining, etc., we can provide you with complete learning of animal cell operations.
