本課程目標為提供同學探究神經系統的基本構造、功能和研究方法,讓同學學習從神經細胞到神經系統,再到認知與行為之神經的運作方式,並由細胞層級了解神經傳導物質和神經突觸在結構與功能之間的關係,神經元與神經元之間訊息傳遞的機制與調控,最後了解神經迴路是如何建立與整合,並結合當前神經疾病致病機制與轉譯醫學之研究探討,使同學能夠了解神經科學之最新發展,培養進一步深入做基礎研究之能力。The goal of this course is to provide students with the opportunity to explore the basic structure, functions and research methods of the nervous system, allowing students to learn how nerves operate from nerve cells to nervous systems to cognition and behavior, and to understand neurotransmitters and neurites at the cellular level. Touch on the relationship between structure and function, the mechanism and regulation of message transmission between neurons, and finally understand how neural circuits are established and integrated, combined with current research on the pathogenesis of neurological diseases and translational medicine, so that Students can understand the latest developments in neuroscience and develop the ability to conduct further basic research.
