本課程內容將以如何使財務與管理的結合而設計，目標能使公司主管瞭解如何以財務的角度思考工作的性質與方向,並進而以最有效率的方式，配合公司達成目標。課程重點除了介紹財務必須具備的工具外，包括瞭解創造公司價值的重要性，公司目標訂定的適宜性，價值管理的作法, 關鍵績效指標的建立方法，追求價值極大下的績效衡量與管理等。期望修完課程後，學生能夠以全面性且長期性的角度思考管理決策，以達追求公司極大價值的財務目標。在課程之餘，亦將輔以相關個案進行小組討論，讓學生能夠在個案討論中瞭解財務的功能與意涵。The content of this course will be designed on how to combine finance and management.
