本課程將介紹這些企業財務的基本概念, 培養學生應用財務會計至企業決策的能力, 學生將了解企業財務部門所扮演的角色。
首先, 本課程將介紹財務學最基本的觀念:貨幣的時間價值, 接著應用這個基本觀念評價公司的融資工具(債券 & 股票)與投資決策。
最後, 學生將學習企業取得資金的成本, 資本結構(負債 & 股權)與公司的股利政策。

Financial management is a discipline of corporate financial decision-making. When a company pursues value maximization, it involves investment decisions, financing decisions, and working capital management.
This course will introduce these basic concepts of corporate finance, cultivate students' ability to apply financial accounting to corporate decision-making, and students will understand the role played by corporate finance departments.
First, this course will introduce the most basic concept of finance: the time value of money, and then apply this basic concept to evaluate the company's financing tools (bonds & stocks) and investment decisions.
Finally, students will study the cost of obtaining capital, the capital structure (debt & equity) and the company's dividend policy.

介紹公司之投資與融資決策的理論基礎與實務技術，包括資本預算、證券評價、資金成本、股利政策與短期營運資金管理等主題，此外，將介紹一些新發展之課題，包括風險管理、選擇權及公司併購等。
介紹公司之投資決策理論基礎與實務技術，包括NPV,IPP,Incremental IRR 與不確定性下之投資決策方法。

Introduces the theoretical basis and practical techniques of a company's investment and financing decisions, including topics such as capital budgeting, securities evaluation, capital costs, dividend policy, and short-term working capital management. In addition, some new development topics will be introduced, including risk management, options, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Introduce the company's theoretical basis and practical techniques for investment decision-making, including NPV, IPP, Incremental IRR and investment decision-making methods under uncertainty.
