本課程為羽球初級課程,透過一系列基本技術的練習,培養羽球運動的能力,因此著重在個人羽球基本動作的學習,同時了解羽球運動知識,本課程之教學目標如下:
1.增進羽球基本技術及比賽能力。
2.建立正確之運動觀念。
3.養成運動之習慣。
4.維持良好之體適能。
5.了解羽球規則。
6.避免羽球運動傷害。
本課程之授課內容著重基本動作之正確性及聯結性,先練習單一之基本動作,再聯結二個或三個以上的動作,達到綜合運用的能力。授課內容如下:
1.準備活動之重要性。
2.如何避免羽球運動傷害。
3.羽球基本技術:各種發球、高遠球、切挑球、殺球、網前球、撲球、抽球。
4.羽球步法及位置。
5.單雙打之戰術及攻守策略。
6.羽球規則及裁判法。
7.基本體能之訓練:肌力、敏捷性、無氧動力。 This course is a primary course of badminton. Through a series of basic skills training, we cultivate the ability of badminton sports. Therefore, we focus on learning basic badminton sports and also understand badminton sports knowledge. The teaching objectives of this course are as follows:
1. Improve the basic skills and competition skills of badminton.
2. Establish correct sports awareness.
3. Develop the habit of sports.
4. Maintain good physical fitness.
5. Understand badminton rules.
6. Avoid badminton sports injuries.
The teaching content of this course focuses on the correctness and contact of the basic actions. First, practice the basic actions of one, and then contact two or more actions to achieve the ability to use them in a comprehensive manner. The teaching content is as follows:
1. The importance of preparing for activities.
2. How to avoid badminton sports injuries.
3. Basic badminton techniques: various ball-teleball, high-flyball, pick-cut ball, kill ball, front-end ball, swipe ball, and draw ball.
4. Badminton footwork and position.
5. Single double-fight battle technique and offensive and defensive strategy.
6. Badminton rules and refereeing laws.
7. Training of basic physical energy: muscle strength, agility, oxygen-free force.
本課程教學目的,教導學生正確羽球的認知,並學會羽球運動基本步伐、技巧與方法,教材內容設計從基本技巧到聯串整合,最終能下場參與競賽,享受比賽的樂趣,並建構屬於自己所擁有的認知與技能。
課程學習能輔以規則講授,講授相關的競賽規則,並且能執行裁判工作。並培養學生團隊的觀念,灌輸正確運動技巧避免運動傷害的產生,以及當運動傷害發生時候,如何處理與因應,避免造成更大傷害。
課程能依據學生的程度,設計適合的課程內容,符合多元目標、尊重學生個別差異。學習的過程中能灌輸正確有關體育運動的認知,瞭解健康的體適能的重要性及對人類生活的影響,並強化其心理建設,提升個人社會適應能力,以建立正確休閒生活習慣。
The purpose of this course is to teach students the correct knowledge of badminton, and to learn the basic steps, techniques and methods of badminton sports. The textbook content design is integrated from basic skills to linkage, and finally we can participate in competitions, enjoy the fun of the competition, and build our own content. Course learning can teach according to rules, teach related competition rules, and perform referee work.
