教育目標 Course Target
本課程將透過以實務為主導入理論應用,將肌力與體能訓練,由身體控制能力之學習入門,依序進行全身各部位大肌群主要訓練與小肌群輔助訓練,並包含心肺有氧器材安全操作與訓練原則,透過課程引導使學生將運動習慣融入生活,增強體力。
This course will be guided by practical use and trained muscle strength and physical fitness, and learn from the learning of body control ability. The main training of major muscle groups and small muscle groups in all parts of the body will be carried out in sequence. It will also include the principles of safe operation and training of cardiopulmonary aerobic equipment. Through the course guidance, students will integrate their sports habits into life and enhance their physical strength.
