4500 - 大一體育:健康體適能 Health Related Physical Fitness


教育目標 Course Target

本課程將透過以實務為主導入理論應用,將肌力與體能訓練,由身體控制能力之學習入門,依序進行全身各部位大肌群主要訓練與小肌群輔助訓練,並包含心肺有氧器材安全操作與訓練原則,透過課程引導使學生將運動習慣融入生活,增強體力。This course will focus on practical application and introduce theoretical application, including muscle strength and physical fitness training, starting with the study of body control ability, and sequentially carrying out main training of large muscle groups and auxiliary training of small muscle groups in all parts of the body, including cardiopulmonary aerobics. The safe operation of equipment and training principles, through course guidance, enable students to integrate exercise habits into their lives and enhance their physical strength.
