教育目標 Course Target

使同學具備各項基本飲料調製實務操作技能,課程範圍含概咖啡、茶與果汁及創意飲品設計的能力與操作實務,期能使學生未來能勝任吧檯實務操作工作。

Enable students to have various basic beverage production and practical operation skills, and the course covers the ability and operational practice of coffee, tea, juice and creative beverage design, so that students can succeed in the future in practical operation.

課程概述 Course Description

1.熟悉咖啡調製基本技術
2.認識市售茶飲類型
3.引導學生活用茶、果汁及咖啡與酒類的調製操作能力
4.鼓勵學生考取相關類別證照

1. Familiar with the basic techniques of coffee making
2. Know the types of commercially available tea drinks
3. Introduce the ability to regulate and operate tea, juice, coffee and wine for daily use
4. Encourage students to obtain relevant certificates
