教育目標 Course Target

Welcome to Introduction to Hotel Management. This is a foundational course prior to other more advanced studies. This is an exciting course, a course that explores the vast boundaries of various management techniques in running a 1000-room hotel or a 10-room bed and breakfast. My duty here is to be your guide that assisting you to explore various aspects of hotel operations, to acquire basic hotel management knowledge and skills, and most importantly, to find your passion for hotel service job, and to build a successful career in this amazing profession.Welcome to Introduction to Hotel Management. 使同學了解目前旅館現況、組織架構、經營型態及未來趨勢等,以開啟其對住宿產業之興趣。
Let students understand the current status, organizational structure, business model and future trends of hotels, etc., so as to start their interest in the accommodation industry.
