教育目標 Course Target

透過暑期參與校內外實習,期使學生將平日所習課程知識與實際經驗互相參證,習得食品科技、食品生物技術或食品相關產業管理等之學識與相關技能。By participating in on-campus and off-campus internships during the summer, students can cross-check their daily course knowledge with practical experience, and acquire knowledge and related skills in food technology, food biotechnology or food-related industry management.


課程概述 Course Description

暑期實習之目的為使食品科學系學生將平日所習課程知識與實際經驗互相參證,以收實效
The purpose of the summer internship is to enable students of the Department of Food Science to cross-check their daily course knowledge and practical experience to achieve practical results.
