2218 - 食品安全概論 Introduction to Food Safety


教育目標 Course Target

提供食品科學背景大一學生基本食品安全相關知識,以便未來銜接「食品衛生安全與法規」與「食安法與食安風險評估基礎方法」等課程。對於非食品科學背景學生,透過案例的探討,增加學生對食品安全議題的關注。Provide basic food safety related knowledge to first-year students with a food science background so that they can connect with courses such as "Food Hygiene Safety and Regulations" and "Food Safety Law and Basic Methods of Food Safety Risk Assessment" in the future. For students with non-food science backgrounds, case studies are used to increase students' attention to food safety issues.


課程概述 Course Description

提供食品科學背景大一學生基本食品安全相關知識,以便未來銜接「食品衛生安全與法規」與「食安法與食安風險評估基礎方法」等課程。對於非食品科學背景學生,透過案例的探討,增加學生對食品安全議題的關注。
