統計學是現代任何學科的基本應用知識(常識),任何的觀點與論述,若有統計論證做基礎,其參考可信度將增益許多。本門課程希望建立同學正確的基本統計觀念,與其在生活領域的應用,並希望藉由本教科書的應用,使同學能利用EXCEL和SAS系統即能進行簡單的統計分析與推論。課程主要包含基礎統計(敘述性統計)以及統計推論。但是教學內容會從資料介紹與機率論開始,從而介紹敘述性統計;課程的另一部份為統計推論與分析應用,會從抽樣分配開始介紹到進行假設檢定與統計推估,以及不同的統計方法應用。也希望同學藉由excel和SAS系統軟體的操作案例,建立更具體的概念。Statistics is the basic applied knowledge (common sense) of any modern subject. If any viewpoint and discussion is based on statistical argumentation, its reference credibility will be greatly enhanced. This course hopes to establish students' correct basic statistical concepts and their application in daily life. It also hopes that through the application of this textbook, students can use EXCEL and SAS systems to conduct simple statistical analysis and inference. The course mainly covers basic statistics (narrative statistics) and statistical inference. 利用sas軟體分析,建立學生對資料數據的處理,結果之研判及實驗工作的規劃(採用統計設計方式)。首先就族群與樣品的差異予以探討,統計時產生可能錯誤(Type I,Type II)緣由,及由族群所用的Z分布及應用時的t分布,變方分析中的單因子設計(CRD,RCBD,Latin Square)與複因子設計。迥歸分析(Simple & Multiple regression)的由來及應用。二項分布及卜瓦松分布及非母數分析常用的方法包括chi-square 、rank test等各種方法。
