2149 - 代謝生理學 Metabolic Physiology


教育目標 Course Target

根據衛福部統計,國人十大死因中有四項與代謝症候群相關,同時調查結果也顯示近年來國人代謝症候群盛行率極高,且隨著年齡越大盛行率亦有越高的趨勢。依據102至105年「國民營養健康狀況變遷調查」,我國成年人過重及肥胖盛行率為45.4%,105年我國十大死因中,就有7項與肥胖相關,肥胖與過重易引發心臟疾病、腦血管疾病、糖尿病、高血壓、高膽固醇血症等疾病。因此本課程欲經由基本知識與觀念,導入運動、飲食與減重之關係,並結合學理包括細胞、三餐與代謝先了解肥胖之機制與原理,再藉由了解能量攝入(食慾、消化率、脂肪與醣類的消化吸收)、與能量消耗(代謝激素、脂肪與醣類的代謝)和肥胖的關係探討減重,課程中亦將介紹訪間熱門的減重方式與其作用機轉,最後將以本課程所學之知能應用於日常生活,讓同學了解如何維持體型或減重,以達到健康之目的。According to the Ministry of Fuli, four of the top ten causes of death in the country are related to the genocide syndrome. According to the "National Nutritional Health Status Change Survey" from 202 to 2010, the prevalence rate of overweight and obesity among adults in my country was 45.4%. Among the top ten causes of death in my country in 2010, 7 were related to obesity. Obesity and excessive severe diseases are likely to cause cardiac diseases, brain vascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension, hypersterolemia and other diseases. Therefore, this course wants to introduce the relationship between exercise, diet and weight loss through basic knowledge and concepts, and combine the science including cells, meals and thanks. First understand the mechanism and principles of obesity, and then understand the energy intake (digestion, digestion and absorption of fat and sugar), and energy consumption ( The relationship between hormones, fat and glycogens) and obesity will be explored to reduce weight. The course will also introduce the weight reduction methods and mechanisms of visits to the hot weight reduction. Finally, the knowledge learned in this course will be applied to daily life, so that students can understand how to maintain body shape or reduce weight to achieve the purpose of health.
