2143 - 家禽生理學 Poultry Physiology


教育目標 Course Target

1.使學生從家禽消化與繁殖生理基礎知能上,具有執行與改善飼養管理動物的能力。 2.從家禽生長發育之知識,使學生具有執行與改善畜產品加工生產的能力。 3.從家禽胚發育之知識,使學生具有生物技術應用的能力 4.使學生具有吸收最新飼養管理科技新知與分析產業動態的能力課程內容介紹常見家禽種類包括雞、鴨、鵝、火雞等,以及其他鳥類鴿子等,概述家禽消化道、繁殖生理、生長、血液與羽毛等,讓學生有瞭解家禽生理與一般家畜生理之差異性;藉由知識的傳授,讓學生滿足求知慾,並能提升專業知識,將所學應用於飼養管理。1. Course content introduces common poultry species including chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, etc. , as well as other birds, pigeons, etc., provides an overview of the poultry digestive tract, reproductive physiology, growth, blood and feathers, etc., allowing students to understand the differences between poultry physiology and general livestock physiology; through the teaching of knowledge, students can satisfy their curiosity and be able to Improve professional knowledge and apply what you learn to feeding management.


課程概述 Course Description

家禽為台灣重要的畜牧產業,本課程係讓學生認識家禽營養、消化與繁殖生理,包括產家禽羽、皮膚、蛋、生殖、消化、骨骼、肌肉、體脂、呼吸與血液之生理,並瞭解家禽生理與家畜生理之間差異,使學生從課程中更深一層認識家禽,並能以所學應用於家禽飼養管理上。
Poultry is an important livestock industry in Taiwan. This course allows students to understand the physiology of poultry nutrition, digestion and reproduction, including the physiology of poultry feathers, skin, eggs, reproduction, digestion, bones, muscles, body fat, respiration and blood, and understand The differences between poultry physiology and livestock physiology enable students to gain a deeper understanding of poultry from the course and apply what they learn to poultry feeding and management.
