本課程的主要目的在引導學生認識國際乳業與本土乳業的現況,教導學生乳牛產業生產的基本概念,了解經營乳牛事業所需具備的知識與觀念。為培養學生將來可能進入產業界服務所需具備的專業能力,將以實務應用知識為主要講授內容,並配合介紹先進乳業技術,讓學生在未來職業生涯有學以致用的機會。The main purpose of this course is to guide students to understand the current situation of international dairy and local dairy, teach students the basic concepts of dairy cattle production, and understand the knowledge and concepts required to run dairy cattle. In order to cultivate the professional abilities that students will need to enter the industry to serve, they will mainly teach content with practical application knowledge and cooperate with the introduction of advanced dairy technology, so that students can have the opportunity to put what they have learned in their future careers.
