本課程的教學目標是使同學們瞭解家畜各系統之形態、構造、生理功能及機制，以建立好未來許多專業科目學習或生理學研究的基礎。本課程為學年課，上學期所授內容除簡介與細胞學以外，涵蓋骨骼系統、關節系統、肌肉系統、神經系統、感官系統、外皮系統與血液學；下學期涵蓋循環系統、呼吸系統、消化系統、泌尿系統與內分泌系統 (包括性腺)。The teaching goal of this course is to enable students to understand the morphology, structure, physiological functions and mechanisms of various systems of domestic animals, so as to establish a good foundation for learning many professional subjects or physiological research in the future. This course is an academic year course. In addition to introduction and cytology, the content taught in the first semester covers the skeletal system, joint system, muscular system, nervous system, sensory system, integumentary system and hematology; the next semester covers the circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system system, urinary system and endocrine system (including gonads).
