教育目標 Course Target

人無法離群索居,儘管是漂流荒島的魯濱遜也有重返社群生活的渴望。在「個體-團體-組織」的三層互動架構下,組織行為依序必須探討個體人格、態度、價值的基本議題,以及個人工作動機、職場壓力等問題;在團體層次則衍生領導、溝通、決策的議題,以及團體中衝突、權力、政治的問題;在組織層面則必須探究組織文化、組織變遷與發展等議題。 爰從組織管理的角度來看,各部門組織對於組織行為的重視不下於任何類型的組織。在課程設計上比較特別的原則乃是應「重視組織系絡,聚焦於個案探討」,藉此交流各部門瑣轄組織的人際管理互動經驗。此外,透過基本教材的閱讀,期能妥善引介組織行為學的研讀架構,以及其他部門的組織行為事例,達到兼具理論與實務經驗交流的學習目的。 本課程分依「個人行為 、人際溝通、團隊過程、組織過程」等單元,按個體、團體及組織三類層次進行研討,規劃的教學主題依序包括「個人行為與組織學習、員工激勵、壓力管理、溝通-衝突-協調、團隊建立、員工參與、組織內決策、組織權力與政治、組織領導、組織變革、組織文化、員工關係與生涯發展、組織結構與設計、組織社會責任」。於下分述相關課程要求、規範與進度規劃。 People cannot live in isolation, even though Lu Bin, who is drifting in wasteland, also has the desire to return to the community. Under the three-level interactive structure of "personal-group-organization", organizational behavior must explore the basic issues of individual personality, attitude, and value, as well as personal work dynamics and job pressures; in the group level, the questions of leadership, communication, and decision-making, as well as conflicts, power, and politics in the group; in the organizational level, the issues of organizational culture, organizational change and development must be explored. From the perspective of organizational management, the emphasis of each department on organizational behavior is no less than that of any type of organization. The principle of comparing a special course design is to "refer to the organization system and focus on case discussion" to exchange the interactive experience of human management of various departments' organizations. In addition, through reading basic textbooks, we can properly introduce the research and development structure of organizational behavior and other departments' organizational behavior examples, so as to achieve the learning purpose of both theoretical and practical experience exchange. This course is divided into "Personal Behavior" , international communication, team process, organization process" and other units are discussed in three levels: individual, group and organization. The planned teaching topics include "personal behavior and organization learning, employee motivation, pressure management, communication -Clash-Conciliation, team establishment, employee participation, organizational decision-making, organizational power and politics, organizational leadership, organizational change, organizational culture, employee relations and career development, organizational structure and design, organizational social responsibility". 課程概述 Course Description

組織以及組織內的行為現象隨時環繞在我們日常生活周遭,本課程主要介紹「組織行為」的相關理論與內容。本課程將系統地從組織中之個體和團體兩個層次進行,幫助同學了解組織中個人與組織之間所產生的現象,例如個人心理層面的之決、認知、情感、學習、激勵與決策;社會心理層面的態度改變、團體決策過程、衝突與溝通等。希望這門課可以協助同學們認識你所存在的組織,也可能幫助你更能適應現代組織生活。
The organization and the behavior phenomena within the organization are always around our daily lives. This course mainly introduces the relevant theories and contents of "organization behavior". This course will be conducted systematically from two levels of individual and group in the organization to help students understand the phenomena generated by individuals and groups in the organization, such as decisions, awareness, emotions, learning, motivation and decisions on the personal psychological level; changes in the social psychological level, group decision process, conflicts and communication, etc. I hope this course can help students understand the organization you exist, and may also help you better adapt to modern organizational life.
