人無法離群索居,儘管是漂流荒島的魯濱遜也有重返社群生活的渴望。在「個體-團體-組織」的三層互動架構下,組織行為依序必須探討個體人格、態度、價值的基本議題,以及個人工作動機、職場壓力等問題;在團體層次則衍生領導、溝通、決策的議題,以及團體中衝突、權力、政治的問題;在組織層面則必須探究組織文化、組織變遷與發展等議題。
爰從組織管理的角度來看,各部門組織對於組織行為的重視不下於任何類型的組織。在課程設計上比較特別的原則乃是應「重視組織系絡,聚焦於個案探討」,藉此交流各部門瑣轄組織的人際管理互動經驗。此外,透過基本教材的閱讀,期能妥善引介組織行為學的研讀架構,以及其他部門的組織行為事例,達到兼具理論與實務經驗交流的學習目的。
本課程分依「個人行為 、人際溝通、團隊過程、組織過程」等單元,按個體、團體及組織三類層次進行研討,規劃的教學主題依序包括「個人行為與組織學習、員工激勵、壓力管理、溝通-衝突-協調、團隊建立、員工參與、組織內決策、組織權力與政治、組織領導、組織變革、組織文化、員工關係與生涯發展、組織結構與設計、組織社會責任」。於下分述相關課程要求、規範與進度規劃。
People cannot live in isolation. Even Robinson Crusoe, who was drifting on a desert island, still had the desire to return to social life. Under the three-level interactive structure of "individual-group-organization", organizational behavior must sequentially explore basic issues such as individual personality, attitude, and value, as well as personal work motivation, workplace pressure, etc.; at the group level, leadership, communication, Decision-making issues, as well as issues of conflict, power, and politics in groups; at the organizational level, issues such as organizational culture, organizational change and development must be explored.
From the perspective of organizational management, organizations in various departments attach no less importance to organizational behavior than any type of organization. A special principle in course design is to "emphasis on organizational relationships and focus on case studies" in order to exchange experience in interpersonal management interaction in organizations under the jurisdiction of various departments. In addition, through the reading of basic textbooks, it is expected that the study structure of organizational behavior and organizational behavior examples from other departments can be properly introduced to achieve the learning purpose of exchanging theory and practical experience.
This course is divided into units such as "Individual Behavior, Interpersonal Communication, Team Process, and Organizational Process" and is studied at three levels: individual, group, and organization. The planned teaching topics include "Individual Behavior and Organizational Learning, Employee Motivation, and Stress" in order. Management, communication-conflict-coordination, team building, employee participation, decision-making within the organization, organizational power and politics, organizational leadership, organizational change, organizational culture, employee relations and career development, organizational structure and design, organizational social responsibility." The relevant course requirements, specifications and progress planning are described below.
組織以及組織內的行為現象隨時環繞在我們日常生活周遭,本課程主要介紹「組織行為」的相關理論與內容。本課程將系統地從組織中之個體和團體兩個層次進行,幫助同學了解組織中個人與組織之間所產生的現象,例如個人心理層面的之決、認知、情感、學習、激勵與決策;社會心理層面的態度改變、團體決策過程、衝突與溝通等。希望這門課可以協助同學們認識你所存在的組織,也可能幫助你更能適應現代組織生活。
Organizations and behavioral phenomena within organizations surround us at all times in our daily lives. This course mainly introduces the relevant theories and contents of "organizational behavior". This course will be systematically conducted from the individual and group levels in the organization to help students understand the phenomena that occur between individuals and organizations in the organization, such as decisions, cognition, emotion, learning, motivation and decision-making at the individual psychological level; Social psychological aspects of attitude change, group decision-making processes, conflict and communication, etc. I hope this course can help students understand the organization in which you exist, and may also help you better adapt to modern organizational life.
