本課程希望藉由專題實作過程,培養學生下列經驗性知識與能力:
1.能夠運用分析方法或工具找出企業或組織在服務創新與經營面臨的問題或機會。
2.針對上述問題或機會產生對特定產業的瞭解與體驗。
3.能夠運用服務管理與創新經營的觀念架構與方法論,提出問題的解決策略與方案。
4.學習如何應用服務管理與創新經營的專業知識與技能於實務問題的解決,藉由做中學培養實作的經驗與能力。
本課程為服務創新與經營組在大學四年級所開設的整合性專題實作課程。此課程乃是希望讓主修服務創新與經營組的同學,將大學前三年所學的關於服務創新與經營發展之專業知識與技能加以整合與應用。在本專題課程中,學生將分組並針對一項企業或社會面臨到實際的服務創新與經營的問題或議題,實際地加以分析、規劃、設計、操作、及創作,進行實際服務創新與經營的問題辨認與解決過程,以達到顧客價值創造、傳遞與實現的目的。
This course hopes to cultivate the following experiential knowledge and abilities in students through the implementation of the project:
1. Be able to use analytical methods or tools to find out the problems or opportunities faced by enterprises or organizations in service innovation and operation.
2. Generate understanding and experience of specific industries in response to the above problems or opportunities.
3. Be able to use the conceptual framework and methodology of service management and innovative management to propose problem-solving strategies and plans.
4. Learn how to apply professional knowledge and skills in service management and innovative management to solve practical problems, and cultivate practical experience and abilities through learning by doing.
This course is an integrated special practice course offered by the Service Innovation and Management Group in the fourth year of college. This course is designed to allow students majoring in the service innovation and management group to integrate and apply the professional knowledge and skills in service innovation and business development learned in the first three years of college. In this special course, students will be divided into groups and analyze, plan, design, operate, and create a problem or issue that an enterprise or society faces in actual service innovation and management, and carry out actual service innovation and management. Problem identification and solution process to achieve the purpose of creating, delivering and realizing customer value.
